How to request deletion of your data from Reachproof.ai
Your Data, Your Control
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of all data associated with your Instagram account from Reachproof.ai at any time.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Instagram Business account, we store:
- Your Instagram profile information (username, profile picture, follower count)
- Your post data (captions, media URLs, timestamps, engagement metrics)
- Analytics insights (reach, impressions, engagement)
- Campaign associations (which campaigns you're assigned to)
- Authentication tokens (used to access Instagram API)
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@reachproof.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your Instagram username. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Revoke Access via Instagram
You can also revoke Reachproof.ai' access directly from Instagram:
- Open Instagram and go to your profile
- Tap Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites
- Find “Reachproof.ai” and tap Remove
Once access is revoked, we will automatically delete your stored data within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
- All your profile data, posts, and insights are permanently removed from our database
- Your authentication tokens are immediately invalidated and deleted
- Any campaign associations are removed
- This action cannot be undone — you would need to reconnect your account to use Reachproof.ai again
